Email-to-Fax (Desktop Faxing)

Now you can send your single destination or broadcast faxes from your email program! Setting up your account is quick and easy, and once your account is active, you can begin sending faxes immediately.
When you use our service, you simply email the document you want faxed to Global Fax Network's distribution gateway, being sure to put the destination fax number in the email address. The domain from which you send your document provides verification of your account, and your document is converted to fax and sent within minutes.You receive a delivery report via email just seconds later.

Charges are just $10.00 per month and $0.10 per minute of actual fax transmission time. Volume discounts are available, and easily reached.

Fax-to-Email (Getting your faxes via your email)

Your personal Global Fax number can automatically deliver your faxes to your email address. Faxes arrive as images easily opened with any Windows XP, 2000, NT or Mac viewer. No proprietary software or viewers are required, and you can print, forward or redirect your faxes with your existing email client software. And, of course, there's no bothersome or gratuitous advertising attached to your email as with other "free" fax-to-email services.

Charges are $15.00 setup, $10 per month and 7 cents per fax received, regardless how many pages are in the received fax. Whether the fax is one page or one hundred pages, the cost is just 7 cents.

Enhanced FaxMail (Fax Mailbox)

This service allows you to receive and send faxes from a dynamic, secure fax mailbox. A caller dials your Global Fax number (just as they would a regular fax number) and receives a customized voice greeting, then fax tone. The caller then faxes their document directly into your fax mailbox as though sending to a regular fax machine. If desired, the caller may also append the fax with a recorded voice message, which allows you to preview information about the fax without having to retrieve it first. When your mailbox receives a fax, it can notify you via telephone call, message to your voice mail, or any local, national or international pager. This allows you to be notified when important faxes that you have been waiting for have arrived.

You may initiate retrieval of your faxes from any touch tone phone or fax machine in the world, allowing you complete control of your FaxMail. When calling from a touch tone phone, (even a cellular phone), you can simply specify what fax number to send your Fax via email to. When calling from a fax machine or PC fax software, you follow a few simple steps, then press the "Start" or Manual receive button on the fax machine or PC software, and receive your faxes immediately.

Fax Forwarding

Your mailbox may also be configured to automatically forward all received faxes to another fax number. Fax Forwarding can be turned on or off via any touch tone phone and the forwarding destination can be changed at any time.
